Not a five-person consultancy, and not a generalist freelancer either. One operator who moves between structure and people, depending on what the situation actually needs.
I've spent my career being the person a complex operation didn't know it needed yet, in freelance project management and process optimization, and in running an independent retreat centre across two years, including a full season end-to-end.
The two sides of that might look unrelated. One is nationwide logistics, hiring pipelines, agency systems, deadlines that don't move. The other is bookings, finance, guest care, and holding space for a group going through something real. In practice they're the same skill: seeing what a system actually needs to hold together, and being willing to run it yourself rather than just advise on it.
I bring balance between structure and flow into every kind of system: from personal coaching, to high-end corporate settings, to private retreat spaces. The underlying dynamics are the same everywhere, which is exactly what makes the approach so transferable.
That range is also personal. Alongside the operational work, I draw on a background in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra, which shapes how I think about pacing, attention, and what people actually need to function well, not just what the org chart says they need.
My role can change. The way I work doesn't.
Understand what's actually happening before deciding what needs to change.
Vision, people, processes and results are connected. I look at how they influence each other.
Not everything needs fixing. I look for the changes that can make the biggest difference.
A good plan is only useful when it works in practice. I stay involved where needed to help make that happen.
